Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP ("Vidha", "we", "us") is a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN: ACT-0378). We operate vidha.co and its associated brand subdomains. This policy explains how we handle your personal data across all Vidha brands.

We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment details when you make a purchase or enquiry.

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, browser type, device information, and approximate location via IP address. This is used solely to improve our services.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial beyond payment, religion, caste, or biometric data).

To fulfil orders and deliver products or services you have purchased.

To respond to enquiries, bespoke commission requests, and support tickets.

To send transactional communications (order confirmation, shipping updates). We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in.

To comply with our legal obligations under Indian law, including GST record-keeping requirements.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary: with payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions, with logistics partners to deliver physical orders, and with cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We may disclose data if required by Indian law or a valid court order.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by GST regulations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; withdraw consent to data processing; and request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
