Shipping Policy

Digital products (planners, templates, workbooks, PDFs) are available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. No shipping applies. Download links are sent to your registered email and are valid for 30 days.

Physical products — craft kits, stationery, and curated items from Vidha Bazaar — are shipped within India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas (beyond standard courier routes) may take up to 10 business days.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping within India.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest facility for 5 days before being returned to us. Re-delivery charges apply for returned packages.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at team.contact@vidha.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of the dispatch confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner.
