Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital Products (Vidha Pages, Content Lab)

Digital products — planners, templates, workbooks, printable packs — are delivered immediately upon payment. Because the product is transferred on purchase, we do not offer refunds on digital products once downloaded.

If you have a technical issue preventing access to your download, contact us within 7 days at team.contact@vidha.co and we will resolve it.

If a digital product is materially different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Physical Products (Craft Studio, Bazaar)

You may return a physical product within 7 days of delivery if it is: defective or damaged on arrival; materially different from its description; or the wrong item was sent.

To initiate a return, email team.contact@vidha.co with your order reference and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange collection or reimburse return postage for valid claims.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior communication.

Travel Services (Vidha Travel)

Cancellation of a travel itinerary or booking is subject to the following:

More than 30 days before travel: full refund minus a 10% planning fee.

15–30 days before travel: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before travel: no refund. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

Third-party bookings (hotels, flights) made on your behalf are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers — Vidha Travel is not liable for third-party cancellation fees.

Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke orders are custom-made to your brief. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

If we are unable to deliver a bespoke commission to the agreed specification, the full amount will be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

Email team.contact@vidha.co with your order reference, the reason for the request, and any supporting photographs. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
