By using any Vidha website or purchasing any Vidha product or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to vidha.co and all associated brand subdomains operated by Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP.

Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated in India (LLPIN: ACT-0378, GSTIN: 10ACMFA2455P1Z9). Registered office: B/5-301, Ram Jaipal Path, Patna, Bihar 801503.

Vidha operates five brands: Vidha Pages (publishing and stationery), Vidha Travel (travel planning), Vidha Content Lab (content tools and templates), Vidha Bazaar (curated marketplace), and Vidha Craft Studio (craft kits). Each brand may have specific terms applicable to its products — those supplement, and do not replace, these general terms.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched or the service is delivered.

For digital products, delivery is considered complete upon making the file available for download.

All content on Vidha websites — text, images, designs, templates, and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP. Vidha™, Vidha Pages™, Vidha Travel™, Vidha Content Lab™, Vidha Bazaar™, and Vidha Craft Studio™ are trademarks of Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP.

Purchased products (planners, templates, toolkits) are licensed for personal or internal business use. Resale, redistribution, or reproduction for commercial purposes requires written permission.

You agree not to use our platforms to: violate any applicable law; infringe any third-party intellectual property right; transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or engage in any conduct that disrupts our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Apurve Vidha Enterprises LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Patna, Bihar.
